UPDATE on the data transmission glitch

First, the good news - the problem with fully populating the message box has been resolved. So the Message Boards are again receiving the posts as written.
For the somewhat bad news - as most of the message material posted during this time apparently cannot be recovered, the empty posts can and should be removed when found. The HelpDesk Yellow box has let the users know to repost submissions made between Friday last [October 19th] and Wednesday [the 24th] when the fix was confirmed.
