I may just have a connection with your mum’s family!! Although I am not sure about your mum’s grand-parents which I have sent a message to cousins across Facebook few minutes ago as it’s quiet late to get a response right now 
The Good news is, my dad uncle was also a Pharmacist in Algiers his name was Ali Zaouche, The Pharmacy still carry his name to this date in a district of Algiers known as “Sacre-Coeur”
I honestly thought to be the first Zaouche to step in this shores in 1989, I guess I was wrong 
I will keep you informed once I get more information…
