From my records I find one family, by the name of Clark, who emigrated to Liberia in March 1844 aboard the ship Lime Rock. They are: Ally, aged 27, Emancipated farmer, Cassilla, aged 4, Helen aged 1, Hennrietta aged 8, John aged 30, Emancipated farmer. There are 74, from Mississippi, listed only by their first name, age, etc., who are listed aboard the Lime Rock.
