There are a few places. You can search for estate files which contain death notices in the various databases of the national archives. These are only indexes but the geological society will photograph file contents at a reasonable fee.

On familysearch.org there are records in a collection called Cape Civil Deaths which various volunteers are indexing.

You should search, under find and help, www.eggsa.org. Ancestry24.com was supposed to close on 28 feb but last weekend I was able to view some records or indexes there
