I am searching for the parents and family origins in Chiba, Japan of Shiro Hirata, who was born on June 28, 1928 in Wahiawa, Hawaii. He died on June 14, 2005, a resident of Mililani, Honolulu, Hawaii. He married Frances Hiroko ( maiden name unknown ). He had brothers named Thomas and Benjamin Hirata. This family is said to have originated in Chiba, Japan, and possibly went to Hawaii to work in the pineapple or sugar cane processing plants. Any information would be very much appreciated.
