We aren't connected, but you might be able to help me. I have just learned that several members of my family are buried in the Foreigners Cemetery in Yokohama. Do you know how to access records for this cemetery - even its address would do. I imagine they're used to letters from foreigners trying to track down relations. Also, do you know how to go about applying for birth, marriage, death certs of resident foreigners in Japan from about 1866 onward?
