My maternal grandmother's family was from Ugui and her family name is Kamei. My paternal grandfather and maternal grandfather was from Wakayama - not sure specifically where. I am still looking for my paternal grandmother's maiden name. :(

If anyone has advice on how to research Japan databases, please let me know.
