Hi Mahoahina,
My Great Grandfather in my Dad's side past away when he was in his early eighties like eighty-two. I am not so sure if he did the family tree project like I did. There are a lot of Juan Rodriguez's in here. There was a War in the Philippines back in the 1940's the records got destroyed there was a fire there in my Great Grand parents house. I am not so sure if my Spanish relatives will ever go to Spain's embassy to leave us some documents. It would be hard to find out where he is buried. I don't know for sure if my Spanish relatives are buried either in Spain or the Philippines. A lot of Conquistadors came over to the Philippines during the Armada back in the 1500's to fought with Lapu Lapu and the tribesmen when they arrived in the Philippines. Then I made a special binder to keep record of my deceased and present family. I just put 1700's on a white sheet of paper for my family tree. I drew a big tree on my binder then colored the branches green and colored the trunk of the tree brown. I had made my own family tree online using Microsoft Word. Then I just made a guess that my Chinese relatives lived up to 1800's.
