Her family came from Valpovo, Croatia Were her Gr. Grandfather had several children. Some who moved away possibly one or more moved to Breznica, Croatia were I think
maybe your family came from.


There are only a few SCHULMEISTER listed in Hungary in the LDS family search site. They list the SCHULMEISTER in the mid 1850's from Egyek, a town in Hajdú-Bihar county, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary. Also in Abad Szolok, Hungary. I have not found anyone yet, researching the surname in the Batschka or Banat.

Ellis Island only lists the following Schulmeister in Croatia coming to the USA And going to Akron OH.

Looks like Steve died 1979 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Some family may have moved to Washington County (Next Door) and may have lived in Moon, Allegheny County.

Two Frank Schulmeister died in Summit county Ohio one of which also lived in PA died 1988 the other died in 1966
