I have a great-grandfather by the name of Frank Kozak, he came to the U.S in 1916, and resided in West Virginia. He left behind a mother and a sister. He changed his original last name to "Kozaks" then later on "Kozak". We have an idea of how the name may have been pronounced, but not spelled.

"Oinshiko" or "Owenyshineko"

I'm wanting to find the original name so that I can trace back to find out what happened to his mother and sister that remained in Russia, and also to see if I have any distant relatives in Russia still.
