The dates don't conflict. It looks as though there were two Richard Corley baptisms, the first on 15 Nov 1623 who it appears was buried in 1623, (although I don't have the exact date - you can view a transcript of the entry at www.findmypast.co.uk) , and another on 16 Mar 1627 - I don't know if this date has been amended to take account of the old calendar. so it might be 1628 in the modern calendar. You need to check Riseley (not Risley) parish register to confirm my reading of the situation.

Riseley baptisms for the period you're looking have been extracted onto the IGI at www.familysearch.org

Later: I see that Riseley parish register has also been transcribed on http://www.freereg.org.uk Richard Corley son of John was buried on 16 Nov 1623, having been baptised the day before. The second Richard was baptised on 14 Mar 1726/7. You'll get all Corley entries in Riseley on this site
