Hi,I was looking leads on the surname Sylvester.My great x2 grandmother Emily was born in Deepfield/Bilston abt 1866 before moving to Stoke-on-Trent and marrying Richard Guy.
Her father was Thomas Sylvester but have no info as yet about him.
My late grandfather said the Sylvesters were Boatmen.So presume I'm looking for Sylvester Boatmen in the Bilston area.Just wondered if anyone knew anymore or could point me in the right direction
