Harlows of Cambridgeshire who may have immigrated to Virginia USA in 1700s

I need help from my fellow Harlows.

I've traced my line to around 1733 William Harlow of Virginia. Some people on ancestry.com have this line going to Kent, England.

Myself and other Harlows who have taken the Family Tree DNA test have shown this to be negative. The Virginia Harlow DNA does not match the Kent, England Harlow DNA. We're even a completely different Haplogroup.

I am a 100% DNA25 match to someone else on the ysearch.org database who traces his lines to Northumberlands. Our common ancestor must have been from that region or around that area.... but I am at a loss.

If anyone knows any Harlows in/from Northumberland, Yorkshire or Cambridgeshire that may be willing to join the Harlow DNA Project please have them email me at tjharlow@gmail.com or visit the test site directly at: http://www.worldfamilies.net/surnames/harlow

My Haplogroup is I2b1. Traces back to when vikings invaded England around 900 AD. My DNA25 results are:

14-23-15-10-15-15-11-13-11-14-12-32
15-8-10-11-11-25-14-20-27-11-13-14-15

I will have DNA37 in next month and advanced SNP Haplogroup info as well.

I have a feeling that the Virginia Line of Harlows comes from Northumberland, Yorkshire or even Cambridgeshire. The only way to find out for sure is to get more activity in the Harlow DNA Project currently ongoing.

Please pass the word around to Harlows in your area who may be interested. Or email me directly with any leads you may have.

Thank you so much !!!
