Yes, my grandmother was Bessie who married Thomas Palmer. From what information I have, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Walls Potter died in 1899 after her daughter "Lizzie" died at birth. Wm. H. Potter, Elizabeth's husband, is said to have left after her funeral leaving several children with Bessie. The children were then taken and raised by various aunts and uncles. I know nothing of where Bessie went, but she would have been about 15 years old at the time. She and Sarah must have been in touch at some point since Bessie identified Sarah as her sister on paperwork when Sarah needed verification of her birth. Their father, William, is said to have remarried and died about 1931 and is said to be buried in Philadelphia, PA. My personal e-mail address is baldor1@comcast.net. Have we been in touch before?
