Hello all.
I am wonderig if anyone can explain why a reference to Chapel En le Frith is located on the census record index for the following: http://search.Ancestry.com.au/cgi-bin/sse.dll?h=22534340&... 9RG9 2548 40 (on board the 'Rapid')

as the registration district? But the details for the individual concerned - 'Thomas Hyde' state he was born in Manchester ? I am serching for my GG grandfather Thomas Hyde (1835 - Macclesfieled)who disappears post 1855 after marrying Hannah Proctor (1837 - Chap En le Frith). I am not able unable to find Thomas Hyde (1835)after the 1851 census. Any clues?..anyone!!!!! HAve searched eath indexs and found one other Thomas Hyde died 1869 -7b 494 Hayfield but this is not him (have checked details on death cert)
