I am in CA, USA. My g-grandfather George Marsh was born in England (Ohio census 1850) He died in 1854. My Grandfather was just under 2 years old at that time. He told his son his father left England to avoid the draft. We have a copy of a very old letter written by George's widow to "Derby" after his death as she felt the children should inherit their fathers estate but they wrote back & said "NO". There is no address or any clue just where in Derby he was born. Also we do not know anything more than his birth year and no idea where he was from 1802 to 1839 whe he is found being married in Ohio. Do you have any information on this branch of the Marsh family where he could be from? Thank You for any help you can give. Carol
