Surnames: ANDERSON, BAGG, DAVIDGE, GUY, MATTHEWS and VACHER(VATCHER, DICKS
Sarah MATTHEWS m. Joseph STRANGE in Burgeo, but they returned to England when Joseph had to manage the family estates in Haselbury/Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset, near Milton Abbas. Sarah's parents were 'Uncle'*John MATTHEWS/Frances DICKS. *John's parents = *John MATTHEWS/Sarah BAGG.
Frances DICKS' parents = Henry DICKS/Susannah CAINES.
This bunch is complex and I will be putting up pedigree information, hopefully by September, on the Williams/Davidge tree on Ancestry.
