February 17, 1878 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, USA. He married Elizabeth OYLER on February 4, 1836 in St. John Church, Lambeth, County of Surrey, and she was the daughter of Samuel and Sophia (RABSON) OYLER. Any information on Elizabeth and Samuel OYLER, and Sophia RABSON, would also be appreciated.
