Hi, I see you have Esther as Robert's mother's name, however, I have found these with Elizabeth (there is a daughter Esther) - would imagine a good possibility this is your Robert.

From 1851 census

Elizabeth Divall - 59 - head - widow - parish relief pauper - Wrotham, Kent
Alfred Divall - 26 - son - agricultural labourer - Shoreham
Thomas Divall - 21 - son - agricultural labourer - Shoreham
Hester Divall - 20 - daughter - at home - Shoreham
George Divall - 18 - son - agricultural labourer - Shoreham
Robert Divall - 16 - son - agricultural labourer - Shoreham
Louisa Divall - 9 - daughter - scholar - Shoreham

Living in Shoreham village, Kent
(Source Citation: Class: HO107; Piece: 1613; Folio: 107; Page: 14; GSU roll: 193514.)

From 1841 transcribed incorrectly as SWALL:-

William Divall - 45 - agricultural labourer
Elizabeth Divall - 40
William Divall - 15
Alfred Divall - 15
Thomas Divall - 10
Esther Divall - 8
George Divall - 6
Robert Divall - 4

all born Kent and living at Shoreham Street, Shoreham, Kent
(Source Citation: Class: HO107; Piece: 485; Book: 6; Civil Parish: Shoreham; County: Kent; Enumeration District: 2; Folio: 16; Page: 4; Line: 14; GSU roll: 306877.)

Hope this helps,
Emma.
