I am new at genealogy and just got started on my mothers family. this is what is have so far but don't know where to look next.

Grandmother - Phyllis Jarvis nee Rossiter 1916-2005, borne in Kent. I thought it was Sheerness but research seems to indicate Sittingborne.
Married Raymond W Jarvis from Southwold, Suffolk. They divorced when i was 2 years (approx 19262)
Then married William Ernest Fisher in approx 1965
Sister named Rose Shoebridge (?) and there were three brothers so my aunt says. One of which emigrated to Australia.
Father - Frederick Rossiter (Romany gypsy apparently)
Mother - Emily Ellen Goldfinch.

If someone could point me in the next direction I would be eternally grateful.
