I am researching the WINCH family of Chatham, Kent, England who were established and successful brewers.

In particular, I am interested in Tom Montagu WINCH who was born in Chatham in 1873

His parents were Thomas WINCH [born 1848 Chatham]and his wife Mary [born 1852 in Dover] and the family appears in the UK 1881 Census as living at Elm House, Chatham and his occupation is given as Brewer and Wine Merchant. Their children are: Mabel M. Winch then aged 6, born Chatham; Hilda A. Winch, then aged 4, born Chatham; and Isaac G. Winch, then aged 3, also born Chatham.

Tom Montagu Winch married my ancestor Violet Maud GORDON in 1897 in Chelsea. In the 1901 Census they are living at Alford, Lincs and he is listed as a Brewer Employer.

Tom and Violet had two children: Violet M. Winch, born 1900 in London; and Phyllis Aureole Winch, born 1899 in Alford, Lincs.

I have been unable to track Tom and his family since the 1901 Census and would appreciate some help.
