Where do I go from here?
I have traced my Warriner ancestors back to 1778 in Saxilby, Lincolnshire (Thomas Warriner was born in 1779 to Thomas & Ann Warriner, who were married in Saxilby in 1778). I have today searched through Saxilby parish baptism records from 1740 to 1778, and found no more mention of the Warriner name, so even though Thomas & Ann were "of this Parish (Saxilby)" at the time of their marriage, I am assuming that Thomas at least must have been born elsewhere in the county/country. The question is, where? And how do I find out without trawling through every parish in the country?!
This is the first time I've got far enough back with my research to use the parish records, so any help would be gratefully received :o)
