Oh come on, there is no 8 year old Jeremiah Barry listed in Poplar on the 1891 census, and if there was, it would say where he was born.

There are up to 13 different pieces of location information on some later censuses, how about sharing some of them as regards Jeremiah.

Another faux pas is, not stating the name of your aunt, she would be listed on the 1911 census which would confirm the family concerned.

You should be working from present to past, unless you've got a definite, provable anchor point in the past, from which to work from, but I'm wondering if you're actually working from past to present. ?
