If you find the Puttock - i'm after one too. My Sarah Puttock was the daughter of a London chalk cutter (so i'm told) She came to australia free in 1833, on her own at only 17 years of age. i believe her parent were named robert and mary. From what i can see, most puttocks originate from middlese and surrey areas, so i'm hoping london may be easier to find.That's what made me think we may have a connection.
