Yes, its a very sad story about Emily. Was hoping and expecting she would have been discharged at some point. It does seem very odd that she was moved around like that.
Claybury was another London County Council asylum, closed now, its actually not far from where I live and you can still see its old water tower on the hill in the distance.
Fisherton House might have been in Wiltshire (from googling it). Not sure what kind of asylum it was. Leicester Asylum, that's in the county of the same name in the midlands. I think they are talking about another large county asylum.

It's sad but Ancestry haven't indexed these poor law records. Hope they will eventually. Books of settlement exams are often indexed at the front.
In fact you have to try anything really because they are are often miscatalogued at the LMA, both the first two records from books listed as something completely different!
The Lambeth records were more helpful, so just luck finding that there was an order of removal out to Lambeth from Chelsea
But why was Minnie under the care of the Chelsea Board then?
