confectionery shop

I am trying to trace the address of confectionery shops owned by my grandfather. His name was Joseph or Joe Harris and my family remember him having a shop at 102 tottenham court road which would have been there at 1919 because all their children were born there. I have a photo of a shop with him standing outside it with a young boy with the number 156 and the sign saying wholesale and retail confectioners J Harris but nothing else. There are what looks like gas lights outside.

I have tried looking for both of these shops but can't find them but then again Joe is a mystery to me before 1900 anyway.

Can anyone help?
