Just found your Partridge posting.

I too have been trying to get my head around the many, various generations of Robert Partridges and in doing so, gathered much information on the Norfolk/Suffolk/Essex Partridge folk.

My particular Partridge, was Elizabeth Rosamund Frances Partridge born 1857, March, Cambridge. She appears to have been the daughter of cousins, Robert Partridge (1809 - 1895) and Elizabeth Partridge (1813 - 1875). Elizabeth married Henry Bedwell Howe Hockett, a policeman in London.
Robert was the son of Robert* and Mary Leak.
Robert* was the son of Robert and Mary Clark.

I noticed you have Robert Arthur, I believe he married three times, firstly to Ann Beynon (from Wales) after her death, he married Eleanor Brady. Eleanor died and he married her sister Charlotte.
I think that the Mary Leak Partridge you mentioned married a coach builder, Duncan McLellan, in 1879. They moved to Scotland and I think she may have married twice more, before dying there.

I do have a family tree but haven't made it public, as I'm still working on it.
