I have kind of hit a brick wall

I find my grandfather Bob Jarrett in the 1911 and 1901 census which ties in with his birth certificates
Both census state that his father John Jarrett was born 1856 dersingham norfolk
when i look back at the census i can find his wife susan jarrett former edge in the 1891 census
I can not find JOhn Jarret in the 1891 census or any before 1881 when he appears saying that Robert Jarrett born 1833 dersingham (father) and Alice Jarrett (former Morley) born 1839

totally lost please can someone help
