If the one with the KENNARD family is yours (and it certainly looks likely), then the 1862 Rotherhithe marriage is her. The marriage took place at Christ Church, Rotherhithe on 10 September 1862 between Caroline FERMOR, aged 34, spinster, resident in Rotherhithe, father James FERMOR, farmer; and Richard GOODWIN, aged 30, bachelor, a grocer resident in Rotherhithe, father John GOODWIN, farmer. The witnesses were Betsey and Thomas KENNARD.
Thomas KENNARD does, indeed, seem to have been Caroline's uncle. A Thomas KENNARD married an Ann FERMOR in Hartfield, Sussex in February 1827.
Caroline seems to have done rather well for herself. She and Richard are in Speldhurst in 1871 and he is shown as being a farmer of 57 acres.
Hope this helps
