Dear Ruthstra,
Just living to a great age is not really a determining factor. What is much more important is how old your parents and grandparents were when they had their children. Tecwyn's case is a good example. He is still relatively young, yet has a grandparent born in 1833!
If I have read your reference correctly, Robert Taylor would have been born in 1779. Even if he had grandchildren, I don't think they are going to be alive today!!
