I too, am having to stop my work on genealogy for awhile, so although interested I must back out now. I forgot to mention in the hunt for burials and deaths of Alexander and Mary that two resources remain probably unchecked fully . First is Ireland or Northern Ireland’s General Register Office. Secondly is very large catholic cemetery known as Milltown. Milltown cemetery has records as does the pro cathedral St Peters. Both subjects have contributions upon in the free Belfast Forum genealogical section. You might be guided onwards. Because the surname is so rare it might be more obtainable than many other names. If Mary outlived Alexander she might well have arranged a catholic service or burial etc for him and vice versa, etc. So keep going JimG
