I am trying to find out something about both the McKillop and Nicholl families, who lived in Ballymena, Co. Antrim, in the early Nineteenth Century. Their brief genealogical details are as below.
The Nicholl family members are said to be descended from a branch of the family who emigrated from Ayrshire, Scotland, in 1711 (this date is given in a family Bible).
I have extensive data on the Nicholl family between 1829 (when John Nicholl was born) and the present, with over 500 names in the database.
I have set up a Web site athttp://www.freeyellow.com/members4/enicholl/f-tree-1.htm
which describes my Ancestral Tree and provides biographies of Nicholl, McNamara, Blewitt, Atkinson, and Jones family members.
I would be delighted for any feedback.
