Dear S. Macaloney,
I am a Scottish born Macaloney now living in Canada. Your Thomas Macaloney brother of John (who went to Parsboro N.S.) was my G-G-G Grandfather. Thomas' Scottish decendants changed their name to Macaloney (an ancient & proud Scottish Highland name on which I have lots of detailed info). I am keen to learn more about Thomas, his family and his immediate ancestors. Do you have info on this, or can you refer me to others who do?

Also, who should I talk to to understand the Canadian branch and how it developed?

Regards,
Graeme
