In 1864 19 Kiernan/Kernan's lived in Armagh.

of these John, Patrick, Thomas, James & Stephen spelled
as Kiernan, lived in the Parish of Creggan, in the Poor
Law Union of Castleblayney.

Cullaville was a townland in the Parish of Creggan.
Crossmaglen was a townland and a town in the Parish of Creggan.
