I have ancestors that came from Scattery Island. There is a book about some of them entitled, "Memories From an Islander: A Life on Scattery Island and Beyond" by Don Scanlan.

I have a list of ancestors going back 5 generations associated with Scattery Island. I have to find where I put it. I do recall that it includes the following surnames: Scanlan, Moran, Griffin, Brennan, Moran.
