My Torpey family originate from Turnpike Road, Ennis, County Clare.
James Torpey born about 1829, married Mary Burke.
They had two sons.
Michael Torpey who married Margaret Touhy.
William Patrick Torpey who married Anne Mooney and Catherine Meere.
