John O'Brien born Killaloe, Co Clare his parents were William O'Brien and Ellen, John married Catherine Garvey in IRELAND, John and Catherine came to Australia in 1839 on the ORIENT, with their children Ellen 1837, Denis 1839, John's brother William O'Brien also came with them,another two daughters Marie and Catherine stayed in Ireland and came to Australia in the late 1840's or early 1850's, they all settled in the Wagga area of New South Wales, anything on John and Catherine would be appreciated
