Seeking any information regarding Thomas Haines and his wife Katherine Byfield who lived in Mallow Cork in the early 1800's.Two of their children were christened in Innishannon.

Their children were Abraham, Elizabeth, Annie, Isabella and Robert. It appears that Robert stayed in Ireland and lived in Midelton. Abraham, Isabella and Annie emmigrated to Australia.

Abraham was born in 1826 and christened in Innishannon. He arrived in Australia in 1838 on the ship "Amelia Thompson".
With him was his aunt, Isabella Downing(nee Byfield) and her husband, George Downing (a land steward). They were assisted passengers.

Would really appreciate any info on Abraham's parents and forebears.
