James Stanley b.1846? M. Mary Anne, produced James b.1874, Mary Anne b.1883, Richard b.1888, Thomas b.1890, George (my grandfather b.1885. George married Esther (aka Hester) Ann Salter of Gurteenroe Co.Cork. - another Salter sister Ursula thought to have married a Stanley brother - John?. Possibly other Stanley siblings born. My grandparents produced Robert Alfred (my father) in 1919 (as well as two daughters Gladys and Margaret) and moved to Cornwall (England) in 1920.

The Stanleys were farmers in this small village area. My interest is simply because I am the last in line (age 50) of the Stanley's in England and would dearly love to know of/meet any of my irish relatives. Have had some success on Ancestry to find Salter relatives in Australia and Canon Salter in Cork. Any additional help much appreciated. No such luck with Stanley's. My tree is open.
