Hi! Thanks for the response, and I will certainly look into some of the Museums in the area.

This Richard Eliot was fourteen years old when he died at Kinsale --- and not married. :) He was the son of Richard Eliot of Port Eliot in St. Germans, Cornwall.

The family did have money, but it appears that they did not end up erecting a monument to the memory of Little Richard. Though, I'm not positive about that yet. What I am really depending on at this point, I suppose, is a record in the Burials book for the church of St. Multose. Does anyone know if there is a way to e-mail someone connected with the church?
