Classification: Query
Your original query is a bit dated (2004) and you may have found what you were looking for already. However...
We apparently are cousins.
I have just done some recent research on Patrick who I met as a child in Wilmington, DE, during the 1950. Pat's father, Hugh Herrity, was the brother of my ancestor, Bryan(aka Bernard) Herrity. He used to visit my grandmother, Ellen Harrity Green, who was the granddaughter of Bryan Herrity and Pat's 1st cousin, once removed. He used to stop by and read the newspapers but didn't say much. Pat died in Wilmington in 1963. Pat had at least 8 siblings (including the two you mentioned). Pat and Ellen had 10 children, the last of whom (Frances Harrity Ritchie) died in 8/21/2004. But I'm sure you know this.
My dad, John F. W. King, passed away on 3/24/2009 in Wilmington. Shortly before he died, I showed him a record of your grandfather's naturalization which listed all ten of his childred and their birthdates. My dad recalled Anna May's name as someone who used to visit them.
I have not been able to find any info about Pat's grandfather (and my 3rd great grandfatther): have you?
I am in communication with two Herrity relatives: Patrick Herrity in Dublin and Fr. Michael Herrity in Anagry,Donegal.
Would be interested in chatting with you further.
