Help please

Trying to trace the ownership back from the 1901 census to the GV 1858. Alexander Kirkpatrick is living in Trumman West in 1901 with his sisters in 1911 he is there with sisters and brother. All unmarried. There are no Kirkpatricks in Trumman West in 1858 on the GV.

Can anyone tell me how I can trace the ownership backwards other than buying the GV and field books from Dublin?.

Are there any Kirkpatricks in Truman West today.

Any help would be most appreciated.
