Hello,
looking for any info on the Porters from Fairdown Co. Down Ireland.
I found an obituary for Nathaniel Porter, born about 1801 which list his pob. as Fairdown.
He emmigrated to this country with his family in 1817, he being the eldest of 14 boys. They settled in Mass. before moving with his folks to Elyria OH in 1820. He died March 27, 1877. Would like to find his siblings and parents, or anything that can help me locate them,
