Thanks for your response, Peter. I took your suggestion, & may follow up some of the listings. I don't recognize any of your surnames in my family, but there is a book by a Dublin writer named Peadar Bates called "The 1798 Rebellion in Fingal." If you can get a copy, it lists a lot of the local north Co. Dublin families of the time, & is a very interesting insight into the Rebellion & life in those times. Good luck with your research, I'll keep your names in mind when looking for mine in the Skerries area.
