Looking for information about my great grandfather's family.
John William Simpson was born Feb 12 1885. His family were florists in Dublin and his father James Simpson owned a shop in Kingstown called James Simpson and Sons Florists.
He immigrated to Canada in 1910 and fought in WW1 in the Canadian 95th battalion, he was wounded at Vimy Ridge.
He married Beatrice Livingstone in 1921 and they had 3 girls.
He worked at grand estates and gardens all over Ireland, the states and Canada.
As you can see I know lots about his life but nothing about his family in Ireland.
Any and all information would be appreaciated
