Seeking assistance in finding "Mrs Francis Kelly" sister to Joseph C. Kelly, b. 1888/1892, Portland, Ore, soldier in WWI (US), Sgt, Co., K. 2nd Engr. Co., who enlisted 1918, Ft. Slocum, NY; discharged Ft. Humphries, VA.

How might I go about finding a Mrs. fRancis Kelly, in 1930 in 1930 in Dublin Bay, Ireland???

Joseph Kelly, her brother, m. Rose Annis (Glenn), who m. 1st Charles Ervin of WV. They married (MI?), and had two children: Geraldine (1920, MI)and Margaret (1922, OH). Joseph & Rose Kelly lived in Richlands, OH when he as an iron worker suffered a major injury in 1922, breaking skull, femur, legs. Lived in Dayton VA Home, Dayton, OH (1922-1930); then Bath, NY VA Home (1930-31), where he lists Mrs. Francis Kelly "sister" of Dublin Bay, Ireland as his nearest relative.
