The Griffith Valuation of 1862 in Fermanagh:

Andrew Devir, Parish of Devenish, Townland Gorteen, Poor Law
Union of Ballyshannon, tenant of Robert Ovens

26b - a house

There are only 2 other names in Fermanagh:

William Devers, Parish of Aghalurcher, PLU Lisnaskea
James Devers, Parish of Derryvullan, PLU Ballyshannon

It wouldn't be spellings from Scots to Irish just variations that were common in Ireland before 1899 few people even could read or write and depended on others to spell their names.

1901/1911 census there are 8 Devers in 1901, Fermanagh

Irish History Foundation has parish records prior to 1864 and both church and civil records after 1864 to 1900 and sometimes later, a few death records. Methodist,CofI and RC.

You should be able to send for a copy of the death certificate but as stated by others not a lot of information. However, other people maybe able to read it and you can scan to this posting.

If interested I have an LDS CD of civil births from 1864-1875 in Fermanagh, spelling is Devers, none of the father's is named Andrew. On request.

The Scotland records on www.familysearch.org are excellent
and matched up with public records in a search I did for
a friend who then went to Scotland.
