Your English is find. Scotland records are on www.familysearch.org - free although I don't think you will be able to go back as far as you want. Ireland the same.

I don't know anything about searching in the Netherlands but a website www.cyndislist.com has good advise and where to look for information.

Also I did look at www.familysearch.org and they have
Netherlands records, births from 1564!

Go to main page, click search, then instead of filling out
info, scroll down the page to Continental Europe, click and then again on Netherlands.

I don't know the history of the name Littel but doesn't sound English to me as I think it would then be spelt
Little. Sounds Swizz or considering the Netherlands could be Dutch.

You are posted on an Irish message board but hopefully you have posted on a UK and Dutch message board as well.
