Looking for James H Harrison b. about 1809 in Ireland. His wife Jane b. 1809 in Ireland. Children included Mary b. 1836
John H. born 1845, Richard H N born 1847 and James H b.1850.
On the 1861 census, the family are living at 4 Sackville Street, in Everton district of Liverpool England. The family have neighbours also from Ireland. Would the move to Liverpool have been due to the Irish Famine? Have always been told there was an Irish connection, but have never been able to find out more. Have no idea which part of Ireland we should be looking for, but if it's any help, I know in 1877 James Harrison senior's occupation is given as a sail maker, when James junior married his wife. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
