Looking for any information on John Lewis King 1832-1911 who supposedly changed his name from Shedy/Sheady to enlist in the Civil War in 1861. It is said that he came from Ireland and at age 14 wanted to enlist but was too young so he changed his dob and assumed his mother or grandmother's last name of King then was allowed to enlist in Pennsylvania. I have been unable to verify any of this information.

Any ideas?
